Took a stroll to Sainsbury’s in the drizzling rain this morning, to get the rest of the ingredients needed to prepare dinner. On previous visits, I remembered Tony enjoying roast for Sunday, so I set out to cook him an American version of roast, potatoes, and carrots, adding asparagus and a mixed green salad. It was a hit!
Their girls and their families came over bearing gifts and lot of love for Tony for Father’s Day. There were several other visitors throughout the day.

Now, we are hoping for a good night’s rest for Tony and Sandra. Thankfully, they have someone coming in three times daily and someone to relieve Sandra at night so that she can get some much needed rest. This is a very difficult time for her.
